CLUE RULES
The object of the game of Clue is simple – you have to be the first among all players involved to solve the murder mystery by deducing correctly the person who committed the crime, where it was done, and how it was done.
The game of Clue consists of a board with nine rooms, suspect tokens, six weapon pieces, a pad of detective notes and the official game rules and instructions.
To begin the game, all 21 cards are shuffled in their corresponding groups of suspect, weapons and rooms. One card from each group is picked up randomly and without revealing them are put into an envelope marked ‘Solution Cards’. The rest of the cards are mixed and shuffled again. Deal one card to each player till they are all have been dealt. Some players may have more cards. It is important that no one sees the cards.
Position all six character-pieces on the starting squares marked with their names and then place each weapon in a different room. The suspect piece which is closet to each player is what he or she will use throughout the game.
